Thanks, once the frame, engine and swingarm are done i'll be happier Will probably ditch the gixxer exhaust too soon, not as stubby as i'd hoped.

All's well that ends well,glad to repatriate that disc to a good home.Can't tell you pleased I am about that.Hate to see a good part go un-used.Let's hope it's more resistant to warpage than the stocker.Why not try your hand at shortening that muffler?Cheaper than new!

will probably go more for a custom look type exhausts, It'll suit its V-twin nature, and i can shorten the headers to suit. As for warpage i'm used to front brake only, so its under used at the moment.

Turns out exhaust clearance does not allow my plan, so fitted one of the pair of e-marked dragstar exhausts i bought, and i'm leaving it at that! Now to strip and paint and reclutch!
